  • square (four equal length sides, opposite sides parallel, and all right angles)
  • rectangle (two pairs of equal length sides, opposite sides parallel, and all right angles)
  • parallelogram (two pairs of equal length sides, opposite sides parallel)
  • trapezoid (only one pair of parallel sides)
  • quadrilateral (can have four different sides and no pair of sides parallel)
